- Organization name and authorized user list

- Feature usage, error reports, and support interactions
- Claims data, notes, attachments, and other information input by users

- Use industry-standard security controls (encryption, access logs, backups)
- Limit access to PHI to authorized personnel only
- Do not use PHI for any purpose other than to provide and support the Service

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
- Access controls and user authentication
- Routine security monitoring and audits
- Data backups and disaster recovery procedures
6. Data Retention
We retain customer data only for as long as necessary to:

- Support product functionality or as specified in a customer agreement
You may request deletion of your data in accordance with your service agreement.
